So, we're making a bit of a habit of this Supanova thing! This year it was in June,
earlier than usual. There are now four Supanova conventions per year, one each in
Sydney, Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane. (I only do Sydney as I'm too lazy to travel.)

Rah sold her ever popular paterpillars, and added airbrushed tattoos to the mix.
I was selling my four (yes, four now!) volumes of Zeera.
Xmung spent his time wandering and visting the guests.
I don't usually get into the hype of conventions, but I did enjoy meeting
Kandyse McClure (Anastasia Dualla or 'Dee' of Battlestar Galactica), Nichelle Nichols
(Uhura from the original Star Trek series) and Jewel Staite (Kaylee of Firefly).
It's clear that Nichelle is a veteran of conventions; she was charming and full of funny
stories.
I finally plucked up the courage to get in the queue to get a photo of Jewel Staite signed
by her... so that I could give her Zeera comic books! Aha, tricky! She was delighted and
thanked me graciously. She's so sweet.

And here we have a fabulous "V" in costume, a creepy Joker, and one of the Princess
Leias came back! The cute one! Who looks like Charlie Sheen!
Taking a sly photo across the signing queue in a big hurry doesn't allow my brain enough time
to activate the red-eye removal on my camera, so we have... spooky Jewel!
To her right, you can see Cthulhu sipping his drink in front of an alien head on a pole.
Supanova's friendly white lion came back. Let's see, rebel pilot, dunno, Wonder Woman,
dunno (pimp?) and the Peter Davison Dr Who. Sweet.
